The brand of M. Advisory comes from an old cattle brand used at Misty Acres Ranch, a ranch located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Monument, Colorado. Our owner has deep roots in cattle ranching, and this is where it began. Today, the land that was once Misty Acres looks very different, but while places change, legacy carries forward. We chose to honor this brand because we choose to honor legacy. Whether you have a generational family business or are growing one to start your own legacy, we are here to help you build it.

This brand traces back to Misty Acres, a family cattle ranch in Monument, Colorado. It was built by a man who grew up with little, worked his way through medical school, and bought the ranch as a place to return to with his family every weekend.

The Lazy M, Lazy A cattle brand from that ranch lives on as our logo today. Despite the name, it stood for grit, discipline, and pride.

The land has changed, but the legacy hasn't.
